If an admin deactivates the Learning Item and if the same item is a part of a curriculum assigned to a user, then the system is still showing the Curriculum with the inactive item to be completed by the user.

Reproducing the Issue
- Assign Curriculum to a user which has a requirement pool defined in it.
- As an admin deactivate one of the ITEM in the curriculum.
- Login as user and you will still see the in-active ITEM appearing on the Curriculum assigned to user.
As per system design if we deactivate an ITEM and if it exists in an of the curriculum then the system will still show the curriculum with the inactive ITEM. In such scenarios, Admin should remove the ITEM from the curriculum.
