2515137 - Unable to access User record after b1708 update

Symptom

Upon clicking on a User record on the Admin side an error is received:

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning - b1708

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Admin section of the LMS 
  2. Click on Users icon  
  3. Search for a User  
  4. Click on a User ID
  5. Receive failure message

Cause

Due to removing Compensation code in b1708, a configuration override that previously worked, needs to be modified as the override references Compensation

Resolution

  1. Go to System Admin
  2. Configuration
  3. Module Tab
  4. Find the AdvanceStudent configuration file
  5. Delete CompensationHierarchy.enabled=false from the configuration file
