Access to SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit and the Global platform account
- Customer (purchase request contact) will get an email with the access information plus customer account information
- The S-user that is entered in the purchasing request form gets the administration rights automatically. Please consider that customer and partner who wants a different S- user as administrators of the SAP Cloud Platform global account must request corresponding authorization seprately by reporting an BCP incident on Componenet BC-NEO-CIS.
How to get the productive SAP Cloud Platform account (SCP)?
- You just have to initiate the extension package configuration in your productive SF instance in association with your global account . During the automated implementation of the Extension package configuration between SCP and SFSFs an additional SCP Extension platform account is created . You can use the newly onboarded extension account to configure your productive environment.
