New Fiori-style User Interface for Employees that encompasses all business functions & features provided with the current EC Service Center Solution on the Employee Workspace (Ask HR)

key features in a nutshell

(1) Employees can access the new UI directly on each SuccessFactors homepage via Ask HR.

(2) Employee’s are enabled to create and edit tickets, reject and confirm solution and view a list of employee tickets

(3) Employee can access service contact information such as a generic service e-mail address and service phone numbers to address very urgent issues asap
