Reproducing the Issue
- During the E-verify process received a time stamp error and could not proceed to receive status back from DHS.
- The activity is out of sync with the activity in DHS.
- If you receive a error as in this KBA please open a cloud product support ticket for assistance.
- Please reference this KBA in your case and provide the candidate name and if possible provide the case verification number.
Confirm if the candidate is still employed with your company and if not please confirm if they were terminated or if they quit. Please provide a screen shot of your error.
