- Form List Report showing less records than expected.
- Form List Report not showing all users having forms.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to List View -> Form List
- Select the process and update the List View
- Report will show less than expected or no records.
- This might be caused due to Forms Status.
- List Report doesn't includes the Forms which are not completed or are Live Forms( In Progress) until we explicitly include them through process & Forms section.
Go to Admin Center -> Process and Forms -> Select the check box "Include In-Progress Documents".
