The My Team Tile in the Home Page of SF shows team members and also outstanding issues for those team members. The tile seems to show Job requisitions which don’t require prompt action by the user, but simply require further action. Once the user actions them, the requisitions dissapear from the tile.
This is an expected behavior by design. The user will see the team members as well as all jobs which need to be worked upon by the team members in this tile.
The reason behind this was visibility into job requisitions that are owned by the team.
There is presently no way to exclude information on requisitions from the My Team tile via configuration.
