The status of a cancelled Sales Order is showing as 'Completed' or 'Open', but it should have the status 'Cancelled'.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Sales work center
2. Go to the Sales Order view
3. Open the Sales Order ABC (ABC is a Sales Order that has been cancelled).
You can see that in the header the 'Reason for Rejection' is maintained and 'Cancellation Status' is 'Cancelled' .
But the Order Status is still showing as 'Completed' instead of 'Cancelled'.
The Sales Order ABC has Maintenance Type "Internal or External"; for this document type, the status field will be updated from an external system. For example if you have integration with ERP, then ERP would update this status field.
For Sales Orders with document type having Maintenance Mode as "Internal Only", the status field will be updated by the C4C system.
If you wish for Sales Orders to be updated by the C4C system, please set the Maintenance Mode to "Internal Only".
