2506140 - Attachments Facet Missing

Symptom

Attachments facet is not available for activities.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Activities work center;
  2. Go to Tasks view;
  3. Open Task ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Task);
  4. There's no Attachments facet.

Cause

In order to have a better usability on mobile, the Attachments facet have been removed and a section called Attachment has been added to the Overview facet.

Resolution

This is the system expected behavior.

If you need the object ID urgently in the Related Items facet of tasks you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center (servicecenter@sap.com).
