You are viewing a report based on the Ticket data source (CRMSRQHB), and you have added the field Ticket Type to the selection. When you open the value help for this field, you will not only see the ticket types that you maintained in the business configuration, but also additional document and transaction types such as Appointment or Contract.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Analysis work center
- Open your report
- In the selection area, click on the value help of the field Ticket Type.
You will see a large number of entries, including some that are not ticket types but other documents and transactions.
This is currently an issue with the Ticket Type value help.
The issue is limited to the selection of a report and the value help of this field. This means that even if you select an entry from the value help which is not a ticket type (e.g. Contract), you will not see any results in the report.
We are working to redesign the value help so that is shows the ticket types only. We estimate that this will be implemented with the 1711 release.
In the meantime, you can use the Filter tab in order to select the ticket types you would like to see in the report. In the filter, you will only see those values that are part of the report results i.e. only ticket types.
