If we go to an assignment profile and add a recommended item, a recommended Collection, and a recommended Program--only the Collection displays for the user.

Reproducing the Issue
1. As an admin go to any of the Assignment Profile or Create new assignment profile
2. Add Recommended Item, Recommended Program and Recommended Collection.
3. Propagate (or) synchronize the assignment profile
4. Proxy into any one of the user on the assignment profile and view their recommendation tile. Only the Collection which are added as part of Step2 can be seen and Programs and Items will not display.
The Programs and Items(Only Online Items will show under Recommedation tile) are not part of user catalog, hence the Recommendation tile is not showing the Program and Item records.
As per design the Programs and Online Items added through Assignment Profile will shown in user Recommendation tile only if the catalog is matching between user and the Programs and Items.
Add the User Catalog to Programs and Online Items and Synchronize the Assignment Profile to show the Programs and Items under User Recommendation Tile.
