2504741 - Mobile App crashes when login user (Android and iOS)


  • First we can see that the License Agreement page is not launched when login for the first time
  • Mobile App (Ios and Android) crashes when associated the device with the support username, it concerns only this user.
  • Profile is accessible with no value populated and no modules associated (eventhough the user should have access to Goal, Learning, Recruiting)
  • In IPhone we don’t even reach the Profile, it crashes before.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Enable mobile access
  • Install Mobile App
  • Setup on the Mobile
  • The license agreement is not offered on the mobile app
  • The app opens directly to the profile but without any info


  • One the the reason for this is that the account is locked out


  • Unlock the account in Admin Center -> reset user account
