- First we can see that the License Agreement page is not launched when login for the first time
- Mobile App (Ios and Android) crashes when associated the device with the support username, it concerns only this user.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable mobile access
- Install Mobile App
- Setup on the Mobile
- The license agreement is not offered on the mobile app
- The app opens directly to the profile but without any info
- One the the reason for this is that the account is locked out
- Unlock the account in Admin Center -> reset user account
