2504506 - Dunning Letter Considers Wrong Output Channel

After changing the sending options for a Dunning Proposal in the OWL (Overview) you noticed that the changed Output Channel is not taken into consideration.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Open the Dunning View and search for a dunning proposal in status In Preparation.
3. Click Preview.
4. Select Send Options, change the Output Channel and click Apply.
5. Click the Actions button and click Execute Dunning.

Your output channel changes are not considered.

Since you cannot save the Output Channel in the Overview (OWL) the previous Output Channel will always be considered.

If you need to change the Output Channel before executing the Dunning Output please do the following:

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Go to view Dunning and search for a Dunning Proposal in Status In Preparation.
3. Click the Dunning ID.
4. Click Preview.
5. Select Send Options and change the Output Channel.
6. Click Apply and then the Save button to keep this change.

  After executing the Dunning the new Output Channel is considered correctly.
