Unable to preview the Registered Product as an output form.
It shows error message that document format not maintained.
To maintain the template, the Form Template :"Registered Product" is not found in the Form Template Maintainance of Application and User Management settings.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Installed Base Work Center.
- Go to Registered Products Work Center View.
- Go to Registered Product ID : XYZ.
- Click on Actions and choose Preview.
- You will see the Error :-
"Form template variant Registered Product for language English, USA and country None cannot be found".
If application doesn’t pass Country Code, then framework checks for the logged in User’s Org and its Company Country. And then checks for a form which is maintained for that Country.
- Go to Organizatonal Management Work Center.
- Go to Org Structure Work Center View.
- Go to Org ABC which has the Country 123 where 123 is the Country which is already scoped in your tenant.
- Go to Employees Facet of Org ABC, assign the user 456 where 456 is the user who is facing the issue.
- Now, go to Business Configuration work Center.
- Please Scope in Country: UNITED STATES along with existing scoped Country: 123.
- Now, go to Application and User Management Work Center.
- Go to Form Template Maintainance Work Center View.
- Search for Form with search criteria Template Group: A02-Registered Product.
- Select the Form which is with Country: United States and Language: English.
- Click on Copy and then choose "New Varient".
- Choose Country = 123 and Language : English and click OK.
- Now, go back to Business Configuration Work Center and you can remove the scope in Country: United States and keep only Country :123.
- Now, open any Registered Product instance and click on preview, the form will be Previewed without any error.
