2498595 - Error While Uploading Tax Data for Suppliers Using Mass Data Maintenance

The Tax details are not present for the Suppliers. Your requirement is to upload the Tax data for the Suppliers using Mass Data Maintenance. Upon executing the file, you receive the below error:

Update not possible; specified data for SUPPLIER-DEVIANT_TAX_CLASSIFICATION with key COUNTRY_CODE = `XX` AND TAX_NUMBER_TYPE_CODE-CON does not exist

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
2. Select Export Suppliers link
3. Export the Taxes tab to CSV file and add the data in the field required fields
4. Select Import Suppliers link and upload the file to the Taxes tab
5. Execute Data Import Immediately
6. Error occurs

Mass Data Maintenance tool is used to modify already existing records, but it is not possible to upload new data in the system.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Suppliers
4. Choose Migrate suppliers using the migration tool
5. Select You Can Also at the top right corner of the screen and Download Migration Template
6. Fill the necessary fields and upload the migration file in the migration tool
7. Select Properties and choose the migration mode: Enhance already existing records
8. Execute Migration

Check the respective Suppliers to understand if the Taxes data upload was successful.
