2498500 - SAP Jam - User Session Information

A user logging into SAP Jam on a browser is brought to an earlier session of SAP Jam

An SAP Jam session is stored in the cache of the internet browser.
This results in the following possible issues:

User A logs into their Test SAP Jam. They then logout and attempt log into their PROD SAP Jam instance.
Result: They are still in their Test SAP Jam instance.

User A and User B share a computer. User A logs into SAP Jam and logs out. User B then uses the computer to log into their SAP Jam instance.
Result: The internet browser remembers the previous SAP Jam session (User A) and brings User B into that session.

The product is currently working as designed.

In order to avoid these issues, users are advised to delete their cache and cookies within the internet browsers if attempting to log into several SAP Jam instances from the same browser. Alternativelty, they can use Private Sessions/Incognito mode.
