We get incidents from Customers/Partners asking to enable RTJS in the test or production or both envionments in order to achieve the following
1. To switch to RTJS from existing job collection method
2. To configure CSB (Career Site Builder) as RTJS is a pre-requisite for enabling CSB

RTJS feature is enabled by RMK Professional Services team and does not fall under the scope of Cloud Product Support team.
Typically this request come in via the PM assigned to the project (RMK implementation for the customer), as there is a good bit of QA that needs to happen in the middle in order to ensure that all the fields are still setup correctly, populated and that rules are still going to work when pushed to production. If careful steps are not taken during the QA/Review stage, there could be significant negative impacts without proper validation from the RMK side.
If customer site is live and they want to switch to RTJS from other job collection method then they need to engage RMK Professional Services team by contacting SSEM (Solution Services Engagement Manager) team.
