Partner is unable to access Standalone ONB or Xpress HR instance with the initial provided login credentials or
user is not able to access via hradmin or Hradmin
Reproducing the Issue
Hit Onboarding URL
provide the ONB account id
User name as Hradmin or hradmin
enter the password
Unable to login
Password reset is needed.
As Partner /User do not have any other user to access ONB instance - Please raise Incident with Customer support team.
