Some fields like Additional Name 2 do not bring results in the Account search.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customers work center.
- Open the Account view.
- Search at the top right corner of the screen for a value contained in the field Additional Name 2.
- No results will appear.
The Search field was designed to consider only the most used fields, such as ID, Name, City, Country, etc. to maximize performance.
The only way to make the results from the field Additional Name 2 available there, is through a PDI custom code.
