Follow up Evaluations are not triggering from the LMS after completing the course in system.
Learning Management System.
Below are the settings required to trigger the Followup Evaluation from the LMS:
1. Set the Evaluation properly at the item level: Learning -> Item -> Related More -> Evaluation -> Follow-up Evaluation : Application of Learning -> Select the survey you want users to be assigned with after completing the course.
NOTE: Followup Evaluation can be assigned to both User and Supervisor, so if you want to assign it user and supervisor then ensure to select participants as Both.
And the set the remaining settings as per the requirement.
2. Check the Completion status has Followup Evaluation option enabled:
References -> Learning -> Completion Status -> Select the status -> Check the checkbox for option "Include learning events with this completion status for Follow-up Evaluation: Application of Learning Surveys Assignments" and click on Apply Changes.
3. Run the Evaluation Synchronization APM.
NOTE: As per the setting provided on the item level (Assign _ after Item Completion) for the followup evaluation the survey will be assigned to User.
