  • Release plans:
    • The maintenance schedule is not officially released, but you can expect it every two weeks.
    • Every time a new version is deployed, SAP publishes official content mentioning new changes and functionalities 
    • Similar to: What's new? or Release Information.
  • Release Notifications:
    • The deployment of a new release is expected during the evening for that specific region the tenant belongs to.
    • A system message indicates that the tenant is under maintenance.
    • An informational bar appears in the application before the update that notifies users about upcoming upgrades and system downtime.
