2490100 - Payment Information portlet: Bank Name does not populate

Routing Number is maintained correctly in Bank object and in Payment information portlet for an employee. Also, the Bank value is unique in the instance. Still the Bank field in Payment Information portlet is blank.

Employee Central: Payment Information

There has been changes in Bank field behavior after b1705 release. Now the Bank field in Payment Information portlet is directly dependent on the Bank MDF object. Previously, this field value was dependent on Routing Number field's value. After b1705 release, the Bank field in Payment Information should be Editable and the value has to be selected when entering Payment Information details for users. Interestingly, the Routing Number field now can be Read only as this field's value gets populated based on Bank field's value.

Make sure that the field Bank in Admin Center -> Manage Configuration UI -> Payment Information UI is Editable.
