The manager of an employee that has been terminated or which will be terminated in the future cannot see any of the termination details within the employment details portlet.

Cause
The cause of this issue is related to the correct permissions not granted.
Resolution
For a user to see these fields, please grant the permission to view and edit for organisational information ( Job Information ) within Employee Data.
Once this permission is granted then provide permisision to the desired fields you wish within the termination details.
You must grant the permission for organisational information as this is the root permission to see the details within this portlet.
