Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Recruiting >> Job requisitions

2. Click the Candidate Summary for any requisition. An application error is received.

The above error message is shown when the "J" operator role is used in any permission block in the Job requisition template or Candidate Application template.

The J operator role is a technical user generated automatically by the system when the requisition template is uploaded. It should not be used in any permission block (feature permission / button permission / status permission) in any of the Recruiting templates.

Removing the tag <role-name><![CDATA[J]]></role-name> from the permission blocks will solve this issue.
