Customer reported that admin can't schedule or run connector in the instance.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to System Admin > Connectors > See that there is no option to set a schedule for connector to run.
SuccessFactors Learning Connectors license is not installed in the instance.
Check the workflows of the affected admin user. See KBA 2409791 - Unable to schedule Connector job in LMS system as Schedule This Process checkbox is greyed out for your reference.
If connector workflows can't be found and added to the role of the affected admin, check if SuccessFactors Learning Connectors license is installed in the instance.
Steps to check the license:
Go to System Admin > Environment > Click Licensed Modules > Find SuccessFactors Learning Connectors
The customer's instance doesn't have the SuccessFactors Learning Connectors license which needs to be installed in order to run and schedule Connector.
Reach out to Support Engineers with authorization to generate and provide the license which needs to be installed in the instance by the customer.
Attached is the document to install the license in the customer's instance.
Please note to rename the attached file name from "Plateau.License.txt" to "Plateau.License" before installing the license. Kindly also avoid blank spaces in the file.
