Customer trying to add slots under registrations but they do not receive any error in the UI but unable to save them.

Reproducing the Issue
Registration > Add Slots
Add organization id and try saving the slot.
When we click save we cannot save the slot. (we do not get any error message but the slot is not saved).
The reason for this issue is the default registration status that was used while creating the scheduled offering, has been removed from the affected instance.
Later for the same scheduled offering, when you are trying to add slots, the system does not accept it as the registration status was not available.
Please add the registration status back that was deleted from the instance.
Once you add the removed registration status, the issue would be resolved.
eg: "ENROLL" is the default registration status initially used, which had been removed from the affected instance.
Even though there is a registration status named "ENROLLED", which is actually not the default registration status that was used while creating the offering, but had been created by admin later.
Therefore, "ENROLL" status needs to be added back in the system that resolves the issue.
