2487879 - Intrastat Declaration Run Didn't Pick Up Outbound Delivery

Symptom

The Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the Sales Order ID) was created on DD.MM.YYYY. You are expecting the Sales Order ABC with the Outbound Delivery XYZ (XYZ represents the Outbound Deliver ID) to be picked up in the Intrastat Declaration DEF (DEF represents the Intrastat Declaration ID) created for the month of April. However, when you filter by Goods Movement ID XYZ, you get the message No records found.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Intrastats work center.
  2. Go to Intrastat Declarations view.
  3. Find Declaration DEF.
  4. Select the Declaration DEF and click Edit.
  5. Go to Items tab.
  6. Selected Advanced search.
  7. Filter by Goods Movement ID : XYZ.

You get the message No records found.

Cause

The Goods Movement ID is the Outbound Delivery ID related to the order.

The Goods Movement date taken into account for the Intrastat Declaration is the Shipment date of the Outbound Delivery.

Here, the Shipment date of the Outbound Delivery is DD.MM.YYYY at 00:46 CET, however the system stores all dates and times in the UTC time zone, which is CET - 1. Therefore, this Shipment Date is registered on DD-1.MM.YYYY at 23:46 UTC.

Resolution

If the Outbound Delivery XYZ was created before the Intrastat Declaration Run for March was executed, then the Goods Movement will be found in the Intrastat Declaration for the month of March.

If the Outbound Delivery XYZ was created after the Intrastat Declaration Run for March was executed, you can manually add the Items to the Intrastat Declaration. For this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Intrastats work center.
  2. Go to Intrastat Declarations view.
  3. Find Declaration DEF.
  4. Select the Declaration DEF and click Edit.
  5. Go to Items tab.
  6. Click Add Items.

Here you can enter all the relevant data for the transaction to be included in the Intrastat Declaration.
