User is unable to Reply to a Tweet Received from Customer in the Ticket and there is an error message.
Error : Messages from Twitter skipped due to error: code#message#Could not authenticate you.#
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Service Work Center.
- Select Tickets view.
- Open any ticket created from Twitter Channel.
- Reply to a Tweet.
Error occurs: Save failed.
Related Twiiter App doesn`t have necessary access to authenticate the action
Please check your Twitter Apps for authentication for the channel XYZ having all Read/Wrtie/Direct Message Access Permission.
