You were assigned to a Ticket as Agent, but you did not received the Notification informing it.
The option to send notifications to the Agent once he is assigned to a Ticket is not maintained in the system's Business Configuration.
- Go to Business Configuration work center
- Go to Implementation Projects view;
- Open Activity List;
- Open Activity Business Task Management for Customer Care;
- Set as Active the option Ticket <Service Request ID> is assigned to you.
