2485969 - Agent Did Not Receive Notification For Ticket Assignment

Symptom

You were assigned to a Ticket as Agent, but you did not received the Notification informing it.

Cause

The option to send notifications to the Agent once he is assigned to a Ticket is not maintained in the system's Business Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view;
  3. Open Activity List;
  4. Open Activity Business Task Management for Customer Care;
  5. Set as Active the option Ticket <Service Request ID> is assigned to you.
