When trying to log in to LMS environment, you receive the error message: "Failed to access i18n functionality because the session is probably invalid! Please login again".

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to your LMS environment
- Log in with your account
- Error message received
If this is happening to only few accounts, then clearing the browser's cache and cookies will fix the issue and you would be able to log in the LMS environment.
If this is happening to all accounts and you already performed the task above (clear the browser's cache and cookies), perhaps a check on the datacenter is required. If this is the case, please contact our Support Team providing the following information:
- LMS environment that receives this message
- Account IDs that are facing this behavior
- Mention that you already performed the task of clearing the browser's cache and cookies, as requested on KBA 2484469.
If there is any further information required to identify the issue, CS will let you know on the incident
