You see that the related items in service tickets is not provided with hyperlink for navigation
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service workcenter
- Go to Tickets View
- Find for the ticket XYZ (XYZ is the ticket id)
- Navigate to Related Items facet
- Go to section Other References
Here you see that the reference doucment ID are not the hyperlink for navigation to the document
Other Reference table will show all the reference that are part of ticket which can also include custom ones added via PDI (Partner Developemnt Implementation) , but follow up of an preceding items will have links
Hence navigation cannot be provided for all the custom ones added via PDI.
This is the expected system behavior.
