When creating an Assignment profile where one of the rules includes more than one value separated by a comma, the AP does not return any users.
If the rule includes just one of the values the the users matching that particular value will be returned.
For example, In the below AP the rule searches for 2 matches to a particular custom column record separated by a comma.
When selecting 'Preview users in Assignment Profile', it returns no results.

The issue is caused by leading and trailing spaces in the record value of the custom column being referenced in the user record.
It may be that these user records were updated with a connector and the connector file contained the leading and trailing spaces in the custom column values.
To correct the issue the user records will need to be updated to remove the leading and trailing spaces from the records.
