- Users are finding LMS notification mail address as suspicious mail.
- You have configurated “GATE-no-reply@<Customer Native URL Domain>.plateau.com” (Example, GATEemail@example.com) as the default email address but this domain is replaced by an address containing 'AKamai' when user received the notification email.

<abc>.plateau.com URL is using Akamai. So, the email domain record is also using Akamai.
Configure Admin Notification Email and User notification Email as <>@plateau.com instead of <>@<abc>.plateau.com by using the following steps:
- Go to System Admin.
- Click on Configuration and select Global Variables.
- Under Mail Settings, change the Admin Notification Email and User notification Email:
