2479684 - Use Contact's Email as the "Sender" in Scheduled Offering Email Invites


When users receive email invites for Scheduled Offerings, the Sender / "From" email address is the generic Admin Email Address in Global Variables > Mail

Reproducing the Issue

1. Enroll a user to a Scheduled Offering

2. User receives Notification Email for scheduled offering invite

3. The Sender of the notification is the generic "Admin Email" found in Global Variables > Mail


To use the Contact's email address as the "Sender" of email invites, you must update the following SO settings:


1. Go to the affected Scheduled Offering

2. In "View All", look for the "Contact" field and "Email Address" field in "Extended Summary"

3. Populate this with the Contact's Name and Email Address

4. Next, under Related >> More >> Contacts

5. Add the Contact here as well and Apply Changes

6. Make sure that under the SO's "Settings", the Contact is checked as well


** NOTE: Even if the "Sender" uses the contact email address, any Acceptance or Decline to an invite will NOT be sent to the Contact. This will still route to the Admin email address
