- Support Access is a secure way for customers to provide an authorized technical support person ( like SuccessFactors Customer Success) temporary access to a user account within their company in order to diagnose a problem or troubleshoot an issue.
- Customers could grant both unlimited or time-bound access until now.
- We have removed unlimited access option with 1705 to avoid issues where customers grant unlimited access and forget about it.
- This is important to ensure that support access will expire once customers issue has been resolved.
