Reproducing the Issue
- Enable permission to Benefit Admin Overview > save it.
- Go back to see the permission again, it would be reset and permission is not enabled.
The issue can be due to multiple causes but the main suspect affecting so far is a failed database upgrade which can be fixed from support/partner end.
