Your company have multiple Admin accounts on LMS and one changed a notification template. You desire to check who performed this change.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to LMS administration side
- Click on System Admin > Configuration > Notification Templates
- Find the Notification Template
- You notice that the Notification Template is not the same as configured previously.
Please notice that LMS do not store historical changes of Notification Templates. LMS do have the option to check the last time it was changed; however, this does not tell what kind of change it was. It just provides the final output – the template as it is being displayed now.
From Cloud Support, we could check the details about the last person who changed this Notification Template, however if you performed any change on the Notification Template after you noticed that someone changed it, then your change will be the last one stored on the database.
If you did not performed any change and still want the details about it, please ask over an incident to check these tables on your database: ‘PA_NOTIFICATION_TEMPLATE_MSG’ and ‘PA_NOTIFICATION_TEMPLATE’.
In addition, the following details should be provided from your side:
- The LMS environment
- The Notification Template ID
