- AdHoc Report of Goal / Objective Management domain has fields showing the ID number and not the text / label value.
SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Adhoc reports
- Create a new report of Goal or Objective Management domain
- Add fields such as "Salutation" that are configured as picklist in the data model
- Preview the report
- See ID values instead of the label values "Mr.", "Mrs.", "Ms." or "Miss."
The reason the Goal/Objective Management report pulls numeric values in Ad Hoc is because some fields of the User Data File (Admin Center > Employee Export) have numeric values in it. These fields are configured with numbers because they are picklists and Goal/Objective Management domain currently does not support picklist transformation number to label function in the Adhoc Configuration tab.
If we create another adhoc with a different domain like Employee Profile we can see that the same field "Salutation" is available in the Configuration tab to be changed in label or ID:
We encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles – you can do this on our Customer Community Portal at http://community.successfactors.com/ or https://influence.sap.com/SuccessFactorsReporting.
