When you log in the system in English language and tries to add a new Spare Part to Ticket 123 (123 represents the Ticket ID), the Description of the item is in German language.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login with English language;
2. Go to Service work center -> Tickets view;
3. Open Ticket 123;
4. Go to Spare Parts facet;
5. Press Add -> Add from List;
6. The description appears in German for all items in the list.
The creator of the Ticket 123 created the Ticket logged in the system with German logon language.
The system takes in consideration the login language of the creator of the Ticket to display the description of Products in the Ticket screen.
If the User ABC (ABC represents the User ID) creates the Ticket 123 with logon language German, and the user XYZ (XYZ represents the User ID) opens the Ticket 123 with logon language German, the Product List in Ticket 123 appears in German eitherway, and vice-versa.
Currently this is the system expected behavior for any logon language.
