The timesheet link dissapears for employees who are terminated in the past.

Reproducing the Issue
1. In PP3 UI, when employee is active , the Time Sheet section is displayed correctly
2. When the employee is terminated, the section dissapears.
This is currently the system behavior. You cannot access the time sheet of an employee who is terminated in the past.
The only way to check the time sheet entry details is through Manage Data -> Employee Time sheet.
This is planned to be enhanced in the future with the enhancement ticket number ECT-69297
Currently the Enhancement has no fix date, and is currently in discussion for b1711 but not confirmed.
Please reach out to your CSM if further tracking of ECT-69297 is required.
