How to create custom Tiles for a group of users?

Custom tiles can be displayed on the home page or a custom landing page based on the group to which a user belongs.
1) In SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration, go to System Admin > Configuration > Landing Page Settings.
2) In Create Custom Tile , select Group.
3) Groups are defined in Users > Groups, and then associated to an Assignment Profile.
4) Determine the dates to show the tile by selecting either All dates or Only certain dates.
5) Determine the size of the tile display in the Tile Display Size pulldown menu.
6) Give your tile a title and description. Preview, or Save your custom tile.
7) When finished, click the Save button to save your tile. And it will be displayed to the group of users.
