Incorrect Candidate Name in E-Verify Activity
New Employee put in the wrong last name in ONB. Now E-Verify will not verify her information.
1. Go to Onboarding – take the E-Verify Activity for this Candidate - click Resolve case.
2. In the options, you need to select the Incorrect Data.
3. After it the process EV Correct Data will start and you can correct the Last Name.
