When migrating old Direct Deposit to MDF based Payment Information through Upgrade Center, the Job Response file in Monitor Job says, "Old payment method and new payment method are inconsistent. Please correct the data."

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Admin Center -> Upgrade Center
- Upgrade Payment Information
- Download and check Job Response file Admin Center -> Monitor Job
This error happens only when either or both of the following 2 happens.
- external codes of Payment Methods are different in Direct Deposit and Payment Information
- external names of Payment Methods are different in Direct Deposit and Payment Information
Make sure that the external codes / names (and labels) are same.
This will resolve the issue.
