There was no deviation recorded in the system for the employee and still the workflow has been triggered.
How to find out whether the timesheet entry for a date has been entered manually or generated via the system (generate timesheet background job)?
Go to User's -> People Profile-> Time sheet page-> Go to the time sheet period which you need to find out by navigating manually to it.
Now on the bottom click on the "Make Amendment" and click on each date.
The ones which are generated by the system the field Time Type will appear not-editable.
The ones which are generated by the system the field Time Type will appear editable.
Alternatively you can export employee time and then find out the timeRecordOrigin. It it is blank it means it was manually entered.
