What is the significance of the Learning History Credit field in the Program Agenda Section.


When we enter a value in the Learning History Credit field for a Program, it signifies that , if a user has completed that particular Item/Course in those many number of days before the Program has been assigned to the user, then that Item need not be completed by the user explicitly as it will be considered as Completed already because of the significance of this field .

For example, Assume that the Learning History Credit value is set to 10 days for an item in the Program.

The user is assigned the Program on July 23rd. If the user has completed that Item anytime before 10 days of the Program assignment date, that is if the user has completed the course on or after July 13th, then the user need not take this course as a part of the Program and it will be marked as completed in the Program already.

However, if the user had completed the item anytime before 13th July, then the user has to take the item as a part of the Program also for completion of the Program.
