This is to notify customers/partners/support that there was an issue with SFTP iContent server prodftp2.successfactors.eu.
Multiple customers have reported that they are unable to upload content via the Content Import Tool or directly via FTP.

Reproducing the Issue
- Try to upload content via Content Import Tool in UI and receive server error
- Try to upload content/file to FTP server or try to create folder and receive "Permission Denied" Error.
Issue appears to have occurred after the weekend's scheduled maintenance of May 5th to 7th 2017.
This issue has now been resovled and we await feedback from our iContent Operations Team as to what was the root cause of what appears to have been a performance issue. An internal investigation is ongoing.
As soon as we have more information, customers/partners will be notified.
