Customized certificate is printed correctly in the User side, in the Learning History feature for example. However, the customized certificate is not printed in the Admin side, at the moment you run the Certificate of Completion report.

Reproducing the Issue
In the User side. click on:
1. View All >
2. Print Certificate (printer item) >
3. The customized certificate will be generated as expected.
In the Admin side. click on:
1. Reports >
2. In the Search box, look for the "Certificate of Completion" report and click on it >
3. Fill out the filters as you wish and click on either "Run Report" or "Schedule Job" >
4. The certificate generated will not have the customized layout.
The customized certificate that is created is only generated in the User side, in the Learning History feature for example. The customized certificate will not be generated in the Admin side, at the moment you run the Certificate of Completion report. The certificate wizard does not apply to the Admin version of the report, they use two separate functionalities. It applies only to the User side. With it, they are not related to each other.
