The Interaction Section in the Overview facet of Service Tickets are smaller.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service work center
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Open any ticket.
- Go to the Overview facet.
Here the interaction section is smaller when compared to the previous releases.
We have made a change in the Interaction section to only show the first few lines and if the agents wants to see more details then he can click on the expand button.
This is change of behavior and rolled out with 1705 release of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer..
