Outlook Integration Error - Failed to connect to exchange server.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Admin Center > Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration
2. From Test Connection > Enter the configuration values (URL, Username, Password, Email) > click Verify
3. Error will occur as below.
Failed to connect to exchange server:
microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.core.exception.service.remote.ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized
This could be an issue with the MS Outlook's upgrade. When MS Outlook was upgraded, the username format may be changed.
The customer may need to engage Microsoft Team to verify the format to be entered in the username field. As an example, MS Outlook 2010 uses 'domain\username' format, while MS Outlook 2013 uses 'username@domain'.
