All Spreadsheet Reports

Spreadsheet Reports are very detailed, highly analytical reports that provide in-depth analysis about key processes or assessments of the performance of the entire organization. These reports use Excel-based pivot tables, allowing you to further drill down, filter, or slice-and-dice data offline.

Some Spreadsheet Reports, such as Proxy and Security Audit, provide data about the entire company. Because these reports can provide so much visibility, they might not be appropriate for managers who should only have visibility into their own teams. The table below shows which reports provide data about the entire company.

The following table lists all available Spreadsheet Reports. You might not see all the reports listed in this table; you will see only the reports that your company is using.

Diversity Summary

The diversity status in your company, such as the gender of employees at different job levels and job types. The data in this report comes from your current Employee Directory.

Form Status

The current status of selected forms, for example the current status of the 2007 Performance Reviews. The data in this report comes from the performance appraisal forms that the user selects when generating the report.
